Assistant Manager - Field Service Rep Network

Job Summary

VRI, a leading nationwide medical alarm and emergency response provider, is looking for an excellent candidate to join our field service support team. The company has a network of over 100 field service reps throughout the United States that are managed from the company's headquarters in Dayton, OH. The position will report directly to the National Home Service Representative (HSR) Manager, and will work with managers in a number of cross-functional departments including technical support and customer service. The ideal candidate will have experience in customer relations, field service or field service management, solid computer skills, a knack for problem solving, and some level of technical skills.

Responsibilities:

• Direct communication with HSRs regarding completion of work orders
• Assist in hiring and training of new HSRs
• Provide structured reporting of HSR performance metrics and specific follow up in areas needing improvement
• Answer and attend to calls from HSRs and other sources requiring troubleshooting or special research
• Data entry of communications and notes from HSRs

Requirements

• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
  
• Prior customer service or field service experience
  
• Associate's or Bachelor's Degree preferred, High School Diploma required
