Care Call Representatives
Job Summary
Monitor and respond to medical alert system alarms from our 24 hour Central Station Monitoring Center. Respond in a prompt and timely manner with the use of computers, telephones and proper software. Promptly dispatch emergency assistance or otherwise to the client. Notify all appropriate parties in the event of the need for assistance. Maintain proper documentation and records.
Care reps work closely over the emergency equipment and telephone with clients, responders, emergency dispatchers, equipment installers and others.

Requirements
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Excellent working knowledge of computers and Microsoft Office products such as Outlook, Word and Excel
- Ability to deal tactfully, compassionately and effectively with clients and with other personnel
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment, be flexible and able to adapt to change
- Ability to work under stress and handle multiple tasks
- Ability to follow procedures and adhere to details is essential
- Solid working knowledge of multi-line phone systems is a plus
- High school diploma or GED
- Able to pass criminal background check and drug screening as a condition of employment
- Strongly welcome bilingual candidates who are fluent in English and Spanish
