Customer Service Representative
Job Summary
VRI, a leading nationwide medical alarm and emergency response provider, is looking for an excellent candidate to join our customer service team. The position will work directly with the Customer Service manager and will be responsible for answering customer service phone calls, resolving service issues, billing customers or government agencies, data entry and other projects.
Responsibilities:
- Answer and attend to phone calls from customers and referral sources
- Enter customer data for government and agency billing
- Prepare and check billing on a monthly basis
- Enter customer data and new referrals as needed
Requirements:
- Desire to grow and learn with a rapidly expanding company
- Strong phone skills and customer friendly attitude
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Strong computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Experience with government or Medicare billing is a plus
- Ideal candidates will have an excellent attitude with prior customer service experience with a track record of success in problem solving, government billing, and multitasking
