Technical Support Representative
Job Summary
VRI, a leading nationwide medical alarm and emergency response provider, is looking for an excellent candidate to join our technical support team. The position will work directly with the technical support lead and managers. The position will be responsible for answering technical phone calls, programming product, refurbishing used product, data entry, allocating product and other projects.
Requirements:
- Desire to grow and learn with a rapidly expanding company
- Strong phone skills and customer friendly attitude
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Ability to learn and drive production of assembly and configuring product
- Ideal candidates will have an excellent attitude with prior customer service experience with a track record of success in problem solving, computer awareness, electronic background, works well with other team members and is available to work flexible hours.
