The Care Call Approach

We like our Medical Alarm Systems to be a little bit different!!

Sure, we offer the free enrollment, the most reliable equipment in the industry at a competitive price but it's our Care Center that really makes us unique!!

Ask our member Jim who calls us every day to talk to his friends at the Care Center to let us know how his day went. He's a huge Red Sox fan so he actually called us four times the night the Red Sox won the World Series (with the Red Sox and the Patriots both playing well as of late we've had to staff up for Jim's calls!).

You might be asking yourself that it's a tad odd that Jim would want to call us every night but its not a unique story. From day 1 we plead with our members to call us at any time for any reason WHATSOEVER!! We call it the Care Call and its truly unique in our industry. If it's winter outside and your driveway is icy, call us before getting your paper. If we don't hear from you in 5 minutes we will check in to make sure everything is ok. If there is a stranger at the door, call us!! We'll make sure to check in with you to ensure your safety. We've been known to order pizzas, sing Happy Birthday, and other warm wishes!!!

CARE CALLS ARE IMPORTANT FOR SENIORS SAFETY!!

If seniors are comfortable pressing that button then when there is an emergency there will be No second guessing.

Our philosophy is that the more comfortable a senior is with pressing the button the better!
