Dispenser / Medication
Dispenser can be monitored LIVE! In the event the member forgets to take their
medication, an alarm is sent thru the Medical Alarm Unit to the Care Center. A
specially trained Care Agent will speak to the member over the unit to remind them
to take their medication. If there is a problem or if the member does not
respond, VRI will contact the caregiver and inform them of the situation.
With live monitoring, you won't receive any vague pre-recorded messages or
pager alerts and you'll always be aware of any non-adherence issues BEFORE it develops
into a problem.
