Pulse Oximeter/Oxygen Saturation

• Recommended for patients with COPD, CHF, and other heart and lung conditions
• Measures pulse rate and pulse strength as well as the oxygen level in the blood indicating whether the client needs additional oxygen
• Measurements are monitored on a 24X7 basis. The client or caregiver receives a call if the reading is out of the normal range or if the client is not utilizing the monitor on a regular basis
• Pulse and oxygenation data is compiled into a Personal Health Record for subsequent review by the client or doctor or emergency personnel
