"Thank you very much for your help last evening! I had a situation with installing my mother’s system, and your staff was wonderful to put up with me!! The problem was not their fault; in fact, I changed the location of her equipment only to hook everything up and find out that I was hooking it up to an inactive cable port! Once I moved everything back, the unit worked perfectly, despite the very time consuming process. Thank you again.
